Love them, or your money back

You have 60 days from delivery to decide. If you don't love your Clara Lane tights, even after trying them on and wearing them, email us at spookiesthouse@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Items sent back without first contacting us can't be accepted, so please email us first.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we'll let you know and refund the full price of the item to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it, please email us.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 60 days and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

Need a different shade or size? The fastest way is to start a return for the pair you have and place a new order for the one you want.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without giving a reason.
